Social & Community Support
We are dedicated to helping NDIS participants engage meaningfully in their communities. Our Community and Social Participation Support services empower individuals to build connections, develop social skills, and pursue activities that bring joy, fulfillment, and a sense of belonging.
What is Community and Social Support?
Community and Social Participation Support helps NDIS participants take part in social, recreational, and community activities. These activities may include attending events, joining groups, making friends, or learning new skills. Our support staff work alongside participants to ensure they can enjoy community activities safely and confidently.
Our services promote:
-
Social interaction and connection with others
-
Participation in recreational activities (e.g., sports, art, hobbies)
-
Involvement in community groups and clubs
-
Building independence and confidence in social settings
-
Developing life skills through community engagement
Our Approach
We understand that every participant’s needs, interests, and goals are unique. Our Community and Social Participation Support services are tailored to everyone, allowing participants to engage in activities that reflect their preferences, abilities, and long-term goals.
Support plans are developed in collaboration with participants, families, and caregivers to ensure the support provided aligns with their NDIS goals. These plans are regularly reviewed to ensure the participant continues to benefit from the activities and experiences they enjoy.
NDIS Support Category and Code
Our Community and Social Participation services fall under the NDIS Core Supports Category Code 0125, which provides funding to help participants with their daily living needs and social participation.
Pricing
Our services are priced in accordance with the NDIS Pricing Arrangements and Price Limits for Core Supports.
The cost will vary depending on the level of support required and the specific activities. Please contact us for a personalised quote based on your NDIS plan and individual needs.
