In-Home Personal Care
We provide compassionate and professional In-Home Personal Care Support services to assist NDIS participants with daily living tasks. Our goal is to promote independence, dignity, and comfort in the home, allowing participants to live as independently as possible while receiving the care they need.
What is In-Home Personal Care?
Personal Care Support helps participants with essential daily activities that they may find difficult to perform on their own. Our trained support staff are here to assist with tasks like bathing, dressing, grooming, toileting, and mobility, while maintaining each participant’s dignity and comfort.
Our Approach
Our In-Home Personal Care Support services are designed to cater to the unique needs of each participant. We understand that personal care is a sensitive area, and our support workers are trained to provide care that is respectful, compassionate, and focused on maintaining the participant’s independence and comfort.
Care plans are developed and tailored to each participant’s needs. We work closely with participants, families, and healthcare providers to ensure the care provided meets the highest standards and reflects the participant’s preferences and routines. Progress notes are prepared every three months, and care plans are reviewed every six months to ensure ongoing effectiveness and quality of care.
NDIS Support Category and Code
Our In-Home Personal Care Support services fall under the NDIS Core Supports category, specifically under Assistance with Daily Living. This category covers the essential personal care supports required to assist participants with daily living activities.
