- Standard - Weekday Daytime - $70.85 Per Hour
- Standard - Weekday Evening - $78.06 Per Hour

- Standard - Public Holidays - $157.39 Per Hour
- Standard - Saturday - $99.69 Per Hour
- Standard - Sunday - $128.54 Per Hour
- Provider Travel Cost is $1.00 per km or Modified Vehicle $2.60 per km
